Use of SmartCaptain

SmartCaptain is provided to help lottery pool managers organize tickets, pool members, payment records, and related pool information. You are responsible for checking official lottery sources, following applicable lottery rules, and complying with laws in your location.

No Guarantee of Winnings

SmartCaptain does not guarantee lottery winnings, prize eligibility, ticket validity, or the accuracy of third-party lottery information. Always verify tickets and prizes with the official lottery organization.

Your Records

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app, including member lists, ticket numbers, payment records, draw dates, and prize information.

Subscriptions and Purchases

If SmartCaptain offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, payment will be charged through your Apple account according to Apple's App Store terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to App Store rules.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartCaptain App and CrowdLotto Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.
